Puget Sound User Sign-in

Starting July 1st, 2012:
Interlibrary loan (ILL) overdue fines will increase to $1.00 per day per item.

Please enter your Puget Sound User ID (without @pugetsound.edu)
For example, enter jdoe if your email address is jdoe@pugetsound.edu. * Password
Please enter your Puget Sound password

Note: If this is your first time using ILLiad, you will be prompted to enter new account information (name, address, etc) after logging in.

Logon Problems?

• If you have problems logging in, one common issue is that the password on your Puget Sound account might be expired. Puget Sound passwords expire after 8 months.
  
  
• Try logging into http://webmail.pugetsound.edu. If you can log into webmail successfully, then your Puget Sound account is active and working, and you should be able to successfully log in to ILLiad.
  
  
• If you cannot log in to webmail, then either your password has expired or your account is inactive. You may need to contact the Puget Sound Service Desk to resolve the issue.
